Soul Plan is your personal pathway of worldly and spiritual goals to reach your soul destiny.
This can help you to overcome your challenges and enhance your skills, which goes beyond your Earthly desires. Your birth name holds the key. You may have changed name and thus have an overlapping identity. I draw up your chart by hand, which takes many hours but helps to write up a personal Chart and notes for you. I will go through the Chart with you in a 1:1 session included in the price. A Soul Plan is a stand-alone session but pairs well with Spiritual Counselling or Coaching sessions.

COACHING
Coaching is a plan to support you to empower yourself to make positive change in your daily life.
It may assist you to grow and develop on your personal or professional path as we will work on obstacles hindering you in achieving an aim.
In your intro session, we start to build up the working relationship but also to prioritise what is best to work on. Often one issue masks another. You will be given weekly tasks to work on your progress. I would recommend a minimum of six sessions as not to set yourself up to fail. Coaching sessions go well as an extension with the Soul Plan, or in addition to Spiritual Counselling.

SPIRITUAL COUNSELLING
Spiritual counselling is psychic and energy work.
I may be using Chakras, Meditation, Tarot cards, Emotional Freedom Technique, light hypnotherapy/ Regression Therapy, Gem Elixirs, Essential Oils, and many other techniques depending on your issues, as each session are unique to you and the present moment.
Depending on your issue it may be recommended to have at least 3 sessions, but one may suffice, whereas at other times we may need to delve further which would make sessions ongoing as with most mainstream therapy. It fits well with Soul Plan, Coaching Sessions and Rune Magic.

RUNE MAGIC
Rune Magic is the inner realm of spiritual growth and development.
By connecting with the Old Norse Gods we tap into the unconscious mind. We use the Elder Futhark as our guide, as well as, visualisation, meditative techniques. Rune magic stands alone in its own right, and sessions are ongoing as with most mainstream therapy. I would recommend at least two weeks between sessions to work with the messages.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Please note that the duration of a session is usually 60 minutes, however, to make our sessions fluid it may vary.
Sessions not commenced on time will not be extended, unless it is my fault.
Sessions cancelled without prior 48 hours notice will require full fee. If I cancel a session, another one will be offered at an alternative date. No refund for bundles, and only to be used by the name at purchase.
You have the right to withdraw from sessions at any time without further explanation, however, I would appreciate any constructive feedback.
